You will be pleased to note that Lesson’s 1 & 2 only contain reading response assignments. An additional assignment in each lesson will appear beginning with Lesson 3. This gives you time to read and digest some of the subject matter before you begin working with it. Enjoy !

Please include your responses to the following questions in your paper:

  1. In no more than 1 page, take this opportunity to introduce yourself. In addition, please take a look at the course objectives in the syllabus and discuss the relevance to your career goals.
  2. If we continue to look at distance education as a form of creative problem solving, what types of problems would you say your distance education is helping you to solve? Include personal, academic and professional considerations in your response.

Submitting Assignments

When you have completed RR 1 and RR 2 please submit them at the same time. Your assignments should be combined in a Word file with the lesson name (assignment_1) followed by your name, email address, and the date. Please clearly identify each sections of the overall assignment. Your paper should be double spaced using a standard font such as Arial, Helvetica, or Times New Roman. Most formatting questions can be resolved by using the APA Publication Manual guidelines. Make sure you have saved your file on your computer with the name “Assignment1”. After you have saved your file, go to the student interface and submit your assignment for grading. Click here if you need additional information regarding submission of your assignment.
