You must register for classes before you can pay your tuition and fees. After registering for classes, a bill will be generated. The bill will include tuition and other charges you may have incurred. Please check your account status on Hokie SPA and pay any outstanding charges prior to the payment due date.
1. Go to Hokie SPA, log on using your PID and password.
2. Click Hokie Spa Tab
3. Click Student Account Information
4. Click View and Pay e-Bill
Late Payment Policy: Failure to pay tuition and fees by the payment deadlines may result in cancellation of classes and the assessment of a late fee.

The reduced tuition rate is applicable to the teachers and school administrators employed full-time in grades K-12 in Virginia. To recieve the Virginia School Personnel reduced tution rate, please complete the Request for Reduced Tuition rate for Grades K-12 form each semester.

The Bursar office at Virginia Tech handles all refunds. You can find infomation regarding the refund policies at https://www.bursar.vt.edu/students/refunds.html.
Financial aid application packages are available online from Virginia Tech's Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid. Applications should be submitted by the first week of March for the next academic year in order to have the best choice of options. However, applications can be submitted at any time.
